3.0 Biography
My name is Edna Alex Mkasanga, an assistant lecturer at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), College of Social Science and Humanities (CSSH). I am working under the Department of Policy, Planning, and Management teaching development planning courses. I am now strengthening my knowledge for taking a Ph.D. in urban development planning and management at Ardhi University- Dar es Salaam under the SUA-HEET Scholarship.

HEET Project Scholarship
The scholarship helped me a lot in assisting my academic journey by paying fees, accommodation, stationeries as well as research and making life easier while schooling. Helping me to achieve my academic and personal goals as well. There is no any HEET Project activities or event I have involved in.
7.0 Plans for Future
My future career is to become a Doctor of Philosophy. Using my knowledge to help the community in my field of development planning, as well as teaching.
8.0 Giving Credit and Expressing Gratitude
My scenically gratitude should go direct to the government of Tanzania and the donors at large, by taking in charge of the potentiality of supporting academicians to strengthen their knowledge for the betterment of the community. Also, appreciation should go to the SUA-HEET Project for selecting me to be one among the HEET beneficiaries that help me to advance my career and meet my personal goals.
