Prof. Raphael Tihelwa Chibunda serves as the Vice Chancellor of Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). Prof. Maulid Mwatawala is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics, Research, and Consultancy) at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), in this role, he is the principal assistant to the Vice Chancellor, responsible for overseeing all matters related to Academics, Research, and Consultancy.

Prof. Amandus P. Muhairwa serves as the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). Dr. Winfred Mbungu serves as a Deputy Project Coordinator of the Higher Education for Economic Transformation (HEET) project.
